At CariadFflam, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our skirts, pants, and t-shirts. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A proof of purchase or order number is required.
Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page.
- Gift cards.
- Any item not in its original condition.
The Return Process
- Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) and ship them to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s). Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, as stated above.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
